Working out your values
Our values are the fundamental attitudes guiding our mental processes and behaviour – the core rulebook by which we live our lives. Although they feel completely intuitive to us, values in fact vary from person to person. 
 
Spending time to work out what you value, and therefore how to align your actions, can be really helpful. 

Here is a great worksheet, kindly provided Dr Russ Harris, at actmindfully.com.au, with a list of some of the most common ones on pages 3 and 4.
