Step out of "doing" mode and into "being" with this essential three-step MBSR tool. It invites you to check in with your current experience, gather your focus on the breath, and expand your awareness back to the body as a whole.

The 3-minute Breathing Space can be adapted to be done in 30 seconds or 30 minutes! All you need is those 3 parts in more or less equal duration.

The practice was originally designed for the 8-week MBCT program (Segal, Williams, and Teasdale (2002)).
