My background is varied and I have worked in a vast range of healthcare settings:

Urban GP surgeries for Homelessness
Sports and Expedition Medicine environments
Leadership and Management
The drive behind these experiences, the many courses I attended and the books I have read has stemmed from a decade-long interest in trying to understand what it is that constitutes a healthy, happy, fulfilling life. Along the way I collected some aha moments, wow experiences and lightbulb learnings and this led me to a point where I wanted to share the wisdom which I hope can be as useful to others as it continues to be for me.
