The Chimp Paradox (Book And Audiobook)
A mind management model, developed by Professor Steve Peters.
This mind management model, developed by Professor Steve Peters, is one of my favourites. He uses the metaphor of a 'chimp' part of the brain, a 'human' part of the brain, and the 'computer', where their automatic behaviours and thoughts are stored. Understanding how to manage both bits and reprogramme the computer can be a very powerful way to manage the mind, and has been vouched for by many athletes, amongst others.
