I’m on a mission to help you exit “survival mode,” regain control of your energy, and achieve sustainable performance - without the mental burnout.

A 12-week programme designed to help healthcare professionals reduce stress and improve sleep. It provides practical methods for switching off after work, managing pressure more effectively, and maintaining a better balance outside of work.

Personalised 1:1 Coaching

A personalised 1:1 coaching programme focused on career direction and mindset. Typically delivered through 6 or 12 sessions, with practical tools, structured goal-setting, and support between sessions to drive concrete action and accelerate towards where you truly want to be, both in career and mindset

Reset & Recharge: Mindfulness Breaks

Free

Free drop-in mindfulness sessions designed to help you pause, reset, and refocus. Each session includes a short guided practice, a brief check-in, and time for discussion or questions.
