Rest/Nap
Resources that support conscious engagement with rest. Resting is important for performance. We are much more aware of it when we think about physical training than psychological training, but taking time out in activities be fine restorative joyful is crucial. Rest is also a powerful alternative to napping. Non-sleep deep rest or yoga need practices can help to enhance performance, see links below.
