Other activities which lend themselves to mindfulness practice include body scans, non-sleep deep rest and breathwork. I have attached some links and descriptions, below

Things you can do

Try a body scan

Body scans are mindfulness practices that encourage you to focus sequentially on different parts of your body. You can imagine that you're slowly going through an MRI scanner top to toe (or toe to top!) or work through different muscle groups or anatomical areas. There is a helpful guided bodyscan supplied by the sleep project, below.

Non-sleep deep rest

Non-sleep deep rest is a guided meditation designed to increase relaxation. Please find a link to Andrew Huberman's practice, below
