Melanie is a Registered Nutritionist (RNutr) and Neuroscientist whose work sits at the intersection of nutrition, brain health, and behaviour. She studied Sport Science at undergraduate level before completing an MSc in Neuroscience, later qualifying as both a Registered Nutritionist (RNutr) and a Registered Nutritional Therapist (BANT).
She remains actively involved in the neuroscience space through overseeing research into nutritional and behavioural strategies that enhance stress resilience, prevent burnout, and optimise brain health. She also delivers educational and practical interventions designed to translate this evidence into meaningful real-world impact.
Melanie works with a wide range of high-performing individuals including senior leaders, C-suite executives, and professionals in high-pressure roles-through her private practice, and also collaborates within multidisciplinary teams as part of wrap-around care. She appreciates the intensive demands that careers can place on health and performance, and her approach is highly adaptive, integrating biomarker analysis, personalised nutrition, and evidence-based lifestyle interventions that fit seamlessly into clients’ real-world routines.

£575 for three sessions
A three session programme which follows the one-off initial consultation, including follow up support, personalised protocols and guidance around lifestyle, supplements and lab testing.
Silver programme
£1,100 for six sessions
A six session programme which follows the one-off initial consultation, including an increased level of follow up support and contact points, personalised protocols and guidance around lifestyle, supplements and lab testing.
Gold programme
£2,250 for twelve sessions
A twelve session programme which follows the one-off initial consultation, with the highest level of follow up support, personalised protocols and guidance around lifestyle, supplements and lab testing.
Someone who knows about, and wants to improve, nutrition / lifestyle but they just don’t know how to go about it. They have motivation to change behaviour, and are open to guidance and learning.
